This is a must eat spot! Right off Main Street, come on in for a treat! The atmosphere, music and ambiance definitely sets the mood for good food! Our waitress was so kind and sweet! She checked on us and stay on our food to our liking. One person in our group didn’t like her smoke turkey breast. No worries, back to the kitchen and out comes some tender brisket! We had fried green tomatoes for apps, and then the variety of sauce is amazing! Child size drinks are pretty big but they come in a styrofoam cup. The watermelon sugar cocktail was weak but hey can’t hit everything perfectly. They also offer mock-tail drinks, sunset mock tail tastes better than the watermelon sugar cocktail. Thank you Marissa, you are damn great at your job!!!!

One of the best meals we've had while we were on vacation in massanutten. The place is tucked in the middle of downtown Harrisonburg, looks very cool inside. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. We tried the fried green tomatoes and wings for a starter, they were amazing. Then we had the BBQ combo, a burger and a salad with salmon, everything was delicious, the BBQ meats were cooked and smoked to perfection, the sides were equally as tasty as the main dishes. Highly recommend the Jimmy sprouts, brisket and wings, so so good!!

Went on a rainy Friday night around 10pm. Sat at the bar. Just a few patrons so fast service. The food was so good!!! I had the wafflewich and the chicken had the perfect crunch! My husband had the Jimmy Morton burger with Brussels sprouts “it was good!” Would go again

In the area for work, fried green tomatoes are why I decided to see what Jimmy was talking about for dinner. Food was great; wings were actually wing sized, made a meal of the sprouts & tomatoes. Very decent portion sizes (photo) have zero complaints & food came out rather quickly too (Tuesday evening, after 7pm). The bartender (Arwen) and hostess (didnt catch her name) were very friendly and helpful during my initial visit. Wine selection (had the rosé) was good, ambiance good (place was lively and staff recognized regulars which says alot). Leftovers were plentiful. If work sends me this way again, I'll be heading back to Jimmy's for sure. ~$50 before taxes+gratuity for a single person (for those who might want to know). 📸: rosé, bourbon bbq wings, sprouts & fried green tomatoes with in house pimento spread✨️

We will definitely be back. This was our first time. The food was great and we didn’t wait long for it to be served. The brisket and wings were the best we’ve had.

We stopped by for a drink and wound up staying for dinner. We had the smoked meatloaf and it was delicious! The sides were very good. We also checked out the rooftop bar and plan on going back.

I had a great experience at jimmy Madison's!. I stopped it for a late lunch after being on the road. I had a burger and crab dip which were very good. The bartender also made a solid old fashioned also. Sidenote: the crab dip could use more crab and less filler, and the upgrade to the pita chips with the crab dip is a must, it should be standard imo.

Excellent restaurant with great ambiance, attentive staff and some amazing southern food. Sliced brisket, crispy Brussels sprouts and pasta salad are recommended and delicious. The steakhouse burger with their own take on sprouts is equally amazing.

Food and service were both great. We had brisket nachos, brisket sandwich, and smoked turkey sandwich and all three were great. The Brussels Sprouts were fantastic. Generous portions - took half the food home. Drinks were great. And our server Lindsey was great - professional, attentive, and knowledgeable on the menu.
